Moving Conversations: De-Normalising Bodies, Rehearsing Citizenship with Sandra Noeth
Presented by Create and Dublin Dance Festival

Date: 25 May
Time: 2:30–4:30pm
Venue: Fringe Lab, Dublin

Sandra Noeth will lead a public panel discussion during her stay in Ireland.  In this event, she will be sharing models and examples that connect and expand on the following questions: How might physical and choreographic strategies represent, implement, legitimise and rehearse social and political action?  In this time of conflict and suspicion, how do empathy, presence, improvisation or compositions inform the experience of borders?  Noeth will be joined by choreographers Ríonach Ní Néill and Mithkal Alzghair.

Sandra Noeth is a CAPP residency artist supported by Create, the Collaborative Arts Partnership Programme (CAPP), Dublin Dance Festival and Dance Limerick; with additional support from Goethe-Institut.

Noeth also presented at an In Conversation session hosted by Dance Limerick on 22 May.
