Collaborative Arts Partnership Programme (CAPP) and hablarenarte
Fourth Staging Post – Work in Process
Date: 31 January – 2 February 2018
Venue: Medialab-Prado, Madrid
The Collaborative Arts Partnership Programme (CAPP) is an ambitious transnational cultural programme focusing on the dynamic area of collaborative arts. The overall goal of CAPP is to improve and open up opportunities for artists who are working collaboratively across Europe, by enhancing mobility and exchange whilst at the same time engaging new publics and audiences for collaborative practices.
Work in Process, the first Staging Post in 2018, will take place from 31 January to 2 February at Medialab-Prado, hosted by hablarenarte. It facilitates a meeting between national and international agents working with and through collaborative practices. Work in Process seeks to broaden perspectives and create a space for exchange on collaborative practices from a multidisciplinary viewpoint, surpassing the boundaries between artistic, technological, scientific and social practices.
Work in Process combines workshops, excursions, an exhibition, the presentation of a publication and public talks. The activities are designed for people who, by profession or affinity, are attracted to the notion of collaboration.
Programme
