CAPP On Air – Second Webinar
Megan Vaughan of LADA interviews Kelly Green, Elena Marchevska, Lois Weaver and Sibylle Peters about their LADA residencies: Restock, Rethink, Reflect Four for CAPP
Restock, Rethink, Reflect Four (2016-18) is being developed in collaboration with Dr Amit Rai of Queen Mary, University of London, and aims to mark and map the ways in which Live Art has developed new forms of access to, and understandings of, knowledge, agency, and inclusion in relation to the under-represented, marginalized and disenfranchised constituencies of the young, the old, the displaced, and those experiencing the relations of class and privilege.
The first year of Restock, Rethink, Reflect Four is research based: mapping the territories, unpicking the most critical questions, and developing new partnerships, resources, strategies and approaches.
This research is primarily taking the form of four artist-led residencies in LADA’s Study Room. Each residency will generate a Study Room Guide, a range of new resources, and a toolkit of methodologies.
The LADA’s Residency Study Guides was launched at the Practice, Participation, Politics gathering – the first CAPP Staging Post on 8 March 2017.
